Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, quiet rooms inside an ancient stone convent building. The staff is very helpful and friendly, attentive to our needs. Its central location near Plaza Mayor and major attractions makes it ideal for exploring the city. The dining experience was good with many options. Overall, a modern hotel with a beautiful location but improvements needed in the dining area.
The hotel offers spacious and elegant rooms, but they had not been prepared properly initially, making it very cold. The service was helpful overall, with a mix of experiences from overwhelmed staff to proactive assistance with taxi arrangements. The location is amazing, near major attractions and convenient for exploring Segovia. The dining experience was average, not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The hotel is relatively small and cramped, but it is in a great location for sightseeing.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and we didn't hear the wedding reception below, thanks to excellent soundproofing. However, being located only on the 2nd floor, the room felt more like a 3-star standard and had some plumbing issues. The view was lovely, though.
